1. Check in time: 15:00 – Check out time: 11:00 noon
2. Smoking is not allowed in any rooms or common areas.

Cancellation Policy
1. No fee is charged for cancellations 81 days before the confirmed arrival date.
2. For cancellations between 80 and 1 days before the confirmed arrival date:
The cancellation fee is 100% of the total stay or
You can move the reservation on a later date based on availability without a cancellation fee, if there is a serious reason, reason for force majeure or temporary ban by the state, operating the hotel.
3. Any cancellation after the arrival date results in 100% charge for the days you have already stayed including the cancellation day and 50% for the remaining days.

Prepaid discount packages are non refundable, non transferable and cannot be moved to a different date in case of cancellation.
